Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds for all products returned within 30 days of receipt of the order, in their unopened and original condition, with the exception of perishable and personalised items.
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. In this case, we will refund the cost of the item, but not the cost of returning it to us. If you receive faulty products, we will refund the cost of delivery and return.
Rest assured that we will issue your refund using the same payment method you used to make your purchase, unless you specifically request a different method.
To request a refund, simply email us at contact.shop@aperol.com with your order number, name, address, and contact details.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received, while retaining its original packaging.
