 5. Intellectual Property

The Site's content, overall structure, software, texts, whether animated or static images, photographs, expertise, and all other components of the Site are the exclusive property of Campari or third parties who have granted a license to Campari.

Users are specifically prohibited from modifying, copying, reproducing, downloading, broadcasting, transmitting, commercially exploiting, and/or distributing in any way the pages or the code elements of the Site.

Any total or partial reproduction and/or representation of these rights without Campari's express permission is prohibited and would constitute infringement liable to engage the infringer's civil and criminal liability.

Consequently, users are prohibited from any action and any act that might directly or indirectly infringe upon Campari's intellectual property rights. The same applies to databases, if any, on the Site, protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code. Any extraction or reuse, total or partial, of said bases and their content is thus prohibited without the prior express authorization of Campari.

The distinctive signs of Campari and its partners, such as domain names, trademarks, names, and logos appearing on the Site, are protected by the Intellectual Property Code. Any total or partial reproduction of these distinctive signs made from the elements of the Site without Campari's express authorization is therefore prohibited under the Intellectual Property Code.

Any other use, not expressly authorized in writing and in advance by Campari, is prohibited and constitutes infringement.
