How do I place an order?

Placing an order is quick and easy! Simply follow these steps:

1. Browse our website and select the items you want to purchase. Say, for example, that you opt for the Aperol Ice cube tray and Aperol 6 Signature glasses box. 
2. Once you've added them to your cart, proceed to checkout by clicking on your cart button at the top of the page. 
3. Provide your shipping address and payment details.
4. Review your order summary to make sure everything is correct.
5. Click "Pay now" to complete your purchase.

And that's it! You'll be making the perfect Aperol Spritz in no time! Remember, joy is always best when shared with friends. 

How do I apply my promo code?

To use your promo code, it's very simple! Enter your code, making sure to respect uppercase and lowercase letters, and without spaces, in the 'discount code or gift card' section of your cart. Your promo code will be automatically applied to your order

What are your payment methods and are they secure ?

We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience. We accept Amex, Mastercard, and Visa for debit/credit card payments, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay for digital payments. Customers in Belgium can also complete their purchase using Bancontact, KBC/CBC, or Belfius.

We take your payment security seriously. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure that your personal and financial information is protected, and we do not collect or store your payment details. 

How do I use my gift card?

To redeem your gift, enter your unique code, making sure to respect uppercase and lowercase letters, and without spaces, in the 'discount code or gift card' section of your cart. The value of your gift card will be automatically deducted from your cart.

Good news! If your cart doesn't reach the total amount of your gift card, you can use the remaining balance on your next order.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Your order is prepared and shipped within 24 hours of your purchase. Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends and bank holidays. Therefore, an order placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

We strive to ship your order quickly, but during periods of high demand, our processing time may be slightly extended.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed.

Delivery

What are your shipping methods and cost? How long does it take to deliver?

Depending on the country you select, you will have different delivery methods.

For Austria and Belgium, we offer two home delivery modes with DHL:

  • Standard Mode delivery: 3-5 working days
  • Express Mode delivery: 24-48 working hours

Delivery costs are displayed in your basket before you confirm your order.

For Europe (choose European flag in the country/language selector), we offer standard delivery mode with DHL within 3-6 business days. Delivery costs are displayed in your basket before you confirm your order.

Please note that the delivery time quoted is an estimate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we do our best to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible to minimise delays.

Good news, we offer standard elivery mode for orders :

  • over 50€ in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy and Netherlands.
  • over 75€ for all other European countries. (Countries that are not delivered for now : France and its overseas territories, neither Cyprus, Spanish islands, Malta, Ireland).

Where do you ship?

At the moment, our products are available in Belgium and Austria, and you can also have them delivered to any country in Europe. You'll find the list of European countries eligible for delivery in your checkout.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so that you can track your package. 
So go ahead, invite your friends to the barbecue, you'll know exactly when your Aperol bartender's apron and Aperol Bench by 'Slide' will arrive.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Absolutely! We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in perfect condition. For example, if you ordered the set of 4 Aperol coasters, we're afraid that 3 coasters won't be enough; we will need all 4 coasters.

Please contact our customer service via email at contact.shop@aperol.com. We will guide you through the return and refund process!

Please note that return shipping costs are at your charge. 

Our gift cards can only be refunded if they have not been used, either in part or in full.

Account

I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you've forgotten your password, don't worry. Resetting it is as easy as 1-2-3.

  1. Go to the login area and click on "Forgot password."
  2. Enter the email associated with your account.
  3. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
